This article analyses the normative regulation of the Internet selling of pharmaceuticals in the Russian Federation. The author examines national legislation regulating the remote purchase and sale of medicines, assesses the innovations of 2021 caused by the need to sell the drugs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The conclusions are drawn on the feasibility of legalizing the trade of medicines through the Internet. The article examines the main issues to be faced by the buyer, making the purchase of drugs remotely, and suggests the most rational ways to solve them. The author also provides the assessment of the general prospects for the development of distance selling of medicines in the Russian Federation.
The article contains the work of I. A. Vyshnegradsky as Minister of Finance, explores his role in important areas for the country (railway and customs politic, decisions on government loans). The influence of the activity on the reforms of the next minister S. Yu. Witte and the positive nature of this influence on the economic system of the country are indicated. The public need for knowledge on this topic is based on the analysis of the economic and financial spheres experience at the end of the 19th century. Taking into account current events, the application of this knowledge will help for better predictions of the economic situation, which means making data-driven decisions and avoiding the mistakes of previous historical stages.
The radical transformation of the labor market has resulted in the traditional methods of training innovative professionals becoming inadequate to the requirements and challenges of the new economy. The introduction of individual / customer-tailored curricula at Russian universities can provide the necessary impetus for the development. The issue of implementing an individual curriculum gives rise to the problem of authenticating the autonomously completed courses, including the consideration of their practical content. The solution to this problem can consist in the introduction of NFT technology to confi rm the authenticity of the diploma and to formally consolidate the educational courses completed by the student. To analyze the hypotheses put forward, the author applies the methodological models of factor analysis, as well as the method of principal components.
The article explores the issues of danger in the streets of a modern Russian city and establishes the need to introduce preventive measures to address the offenses. The author presents a classification of the major measures to ensure the safety of city streets and considers the qualitatively innovative types of these tools, both city planning and urbanistic ones. The paper assesses various urban concepts, features the drawbacks of urban planning policy of modern Russia, and suggests some alternatives. The author examines the key concepts of the street and identifies the measures to transform roads for cars into streets accessible to all. A few recommendations for increasing the level of safety on the city roads are formulated, and the concept of an innovative safe street is presented.
This article reveals the essence of a pedagogical technique “storytelling”. The author provides the detailed description and the analysis of the types of pedagogical storytelling. The technique considered enables a teacher to address and solve many issues in the fi eld of training, upbringing, and development. The paper emphasizes the use of storytelling in speech development of preschool children, as the issue of speech development has currently been of great relevance. The article also outlines the features, the structure, and the advantages of storytelling, as well as some methodological recommendations for teachers of preschool educational establishments concerning the application of this technique. It is worth mentioning that the article provides the examples for each type and subtype of the technique, which enables one to quickly grasp the essence of its implementation, encouraging the readers to generate their own ideas on applying this method in their own teaching practices.
The article analyzes the views of Sergei Yulievich Witte regarding the possibility and the necessity of transforming the political basis of the state power in the Russian Empire during the first Russian Revolution of 1905–1907. The author draws the conclusion that Witte, as a politician, went through a difficult path of overcoming monarchical views and realizing the need to introduce a number of political freedoms and establish the legislative parliament in the Russian Empire.
The concept of co-use is currently unknown to modern Russian legislation. The article is concerned with this phenomenon, which has been insufficiently investigated in the domestic jurisprudence. The author presents the general characteristics of the legal nature of co-use, which may arise from various grounds, in particular, based on a lease agreement of a part of a thing. The paper considers the development of the concept of “part of a thing” in the Russian legal order, the attitude of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation to the admissibility of renting a part of a thing and the application of provisions on a lease agreement to such a legal relationship by analogy, the discussion on the object of the lease agreement, the object of ownership and their fundamental difference. The article also examines the issues of registration of a part of a thing in the unified state register of real estate and the need for its separate by cadastral registration and other possible ways of individualization of the object of the lease agreement by its parties. The issues of protection of the tenant’s rights are touched upon, specifically, his status as a user of the thing and the relationship with other tenants of other parts of the same thing. The logic of the impossibility of attributing such a person to the possessors of the thing is presented. The concepts of “plurality of persons on the tenant’s side” and “couse” are distinguished. Attention is drawn to the logic of the possibility of renting a part of a thing due to the fact that the economic interest of a participant in civil turnover may consist precisely in using a certain part, and not the whole thing.

The article presents the attempt to compare the leaders of South Africa and Botswana to illustrate that the wisdom of leaders can play a significnt role in a country’s economic development.
