Corporate and Social Responsibility of the Organization in the Development of HR Strategies
Abstract
Corporate social responsibility of the organization as a concept has appeared relatively recently, but its importance and impact on the success of any company can hardly be overestimated. More and more modern organizations recognize its necessity and strive to take effective measures for its development, using the existing techniques and introducing new unique tools. Since CSR primarily implies an attitude towards people, the application of this concept is especially important in the HR strategy of the organization. The objective of the paper is to analyze the implementation of CSR in the development of HR strategies of the organization. To achieve this objective, the following specific goals were set: to consider the concept, history and advantages of corporate social responsibility; to briefly describe the existing forms of corporate social responsibility; to identify the features of the formation of CSR in the development of HR strategy; to consider CSR tools on the example of large Russian companies. The object of our study is the corporate social responsibility of the organization, and the subject consists in the features, as well as the issues of corporate social responsibility in the development of HR strategy in the organization. The author has employed such research methods as the analysis of bibliographic sources, statistical data and rating, synthesis, methods of induction and deduction, as well as methods of generalization and comparison.
