Implementation of Constitutional Duties of a Person and a Citizen in the Russian Federation: Problems and Ways to Resolve Them
Abstract
The study of the constitutional and legal duties of a person and a citizen is a signifcant topic for constitutional law. This is due to the fact that, together with subjective rights, legal obligations constitute the constitutional and legal status of an individual.
The team of authors, having analyzed modern legislation, as well as the practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, attempted a comprehensive study of the problems of the implementation of constitutional duties of citizens in the Russian Federation.
