The article is devoted to a topical issue of today for the American society, namely the question of the origin and development of political ideas and practices, called “trumpism”. In the article, the author aims to consider the main aspects of the policy of the administration of Donald Trump, as well as its origins and reasons why it managed to win the popularity of American voters. In his election campaign, the future forty-fifth President of the United States of America paid great attention to measures of protectionism, unbalancing American foreign policy, and appealing to the feelings of patriotism among the citizens of the United States of America.
The author analyzes the main aspects of the election campaign of the candidate for President of the United States of America Donald trump, as well as a number of other American presidents belonging to the school of American political conservatism. It is noted that “trumpism” has deep historical roots in the American political culture. The author traces the connection between the coming to power of conservative administrations and the processes of radical change in the system of international relations and the positions taken by the United States in it.
On the basis of the analysis of the main foreign policy trends of the administration of Donald Trump, as well as those aimed at modifying rethinking the modern system of international relations, the attractiveness of the “trumpism” model is determined for both American and other politicians around the world.
The article analyzes the implementation of the electronic government system in the Russian Federation, its state and position of the Russian Federation in the world in terms of the level of development of electronic government. The author also considers possible threats, which may result in the slowdown of developing the electronic government system.
Being the largest and concurrently competing powers in the XVI–XVII centuries, France and Spain presented the model of absolute monarchies of the early Modern times. One of the important features of the system of curial administration of the French and Spanish courts was the etiquette adopted and partly borrowed from the Burgundian court of the XV century.
Based on sources of private character, the article provides a comparative analysis of special elements of court etiquette at the French and Spanish courts in the XVIth– XVIIth centuries, identifies their common and specific features, and points out their differences. The author suggests a possible mutual influence of both courts through marriage-dynastic relations.
The study analyzes the concept of environmental issues in liberalism. The author focuses on the value changes in the ideology of liberalism, as well as on the evolutionary change in the perception of ecology in it. Possible ways of combining values of environmentalism and liberalism are established by identifying the contradictions between them. In the conclusion, alternatives — the utilitarian hierarchy of the rights of nature, greening liberalism (based on the resource approach) and liberal environmentalism — are formed as a reaction of liberal ideology to the environmental movement and the environmental crisis.
The article discusses one of the varieties of nature tourism, the Arctic tourism, as a promising direction for the development of concession projects. The key problems of the Russian Arctic are given, which hinder the development of tourism (limited transport accessibility of Arctic territories, underdeveloped transport infrastructure, etc.). A model is proposed for the implementation of an investment.
Tangible integration in the Eurasian region is steadily developing revealing new trends. The purpose of the research is to identify some current trends and features of the development of integration processes in the post-Soviet space, as well as to systematize theoretical approaches to the study of integration. The article is an analytical review of the development of integration in the post-Soviet space from the end of the XX century to the present. The author arrives at the conclusion that the functioning of integration processes largely depends on the state’s perception of its sovereignty. In this regard, it’s very important to study the model of pragmatic integration in detail.
