Improving the Professional Development of Municipal Employees
Abstract
Management efficiency is closely related to the degree of development of professional competencies of municipal employees, the degree of development of which is expressed in the accuracy of tasks and problem solving. In this context, the professional competencies of a municipal employee have social and professional significance.
The article analyzes the problems of professional development of municipal employees, as well as offers recommendations for its improvement.
