Abetting a Crime in the Criminal Legislation of Foreign Countries
Abstract
The article deals with the regulation of the institute of aiding and abetting in foreign criminal law. The author considers the defnitions of “abettor” and “accomplice”, proposed by foreign legislators. Building on the research fndings, the author carries out the comparative analysis of the content of complicity in foreign and domestic criminal law.
