Realities of Addressing Strategic Planning Issues
Abstract
The article presents an overview of the state of the strategic planning system in the Russian Federation, taking into account its regulatory legal acts and their assessments by the research community. The purpose of the article is to identify the current problems and causes of the imbalance of the strategic planning system. The systematic analysis the problems and causes of imbalance in the strategic planning system. An attempt has been made to prove the rationality of the adopted adjustments and additions. The comparative analysis of problems and mechanisms aimed at improving strategic planning system has been carried out. Special attention has been paid to evaluating the efficiency of the mechanisms and instruments being introduced. The author identifies the remaining gaps in the regulation of strategic planning.
