Предмет настоящей статьи заключается в исследовании теоретических основ наджинга как одного из методов государственного и муниципального управления. Цели статьи — расширить представление спектра и возможностей его применения, сформировать правила и структуру его эффективного использования на различных уровнях государственного управления. В статье расширяется спектр понимания наджинга и его перспектив в сфере государственного и муниципального управления и представляются универсальные правила его эффективного экстраполирования в Российской Федерации. Основой настоящей статьи являются исследования разработчиков этого метода и отдельных исследователей, которые занимались изучением некоторых сфер этого метода.
The subject of this article is to study the theoretical foundations of nudging application in the sphere of state and municipal administration. The purpose of the article is to expand the scope of its application, to identify the regularities and structure for its effective application, as well as the possibilities of its application at various levels of government.The article expands the range of understanding of na Jing and the prospects for its application and presents some universal rules for its effective application.The basis of this article is the research of the developers into this method, and the findings of individual researchers who were engaged in certain areas of the application of this method.
