Статья посвящена актуальной на сегодняшний день проблеме для американского общества, а именно вопросу зарождения и развития набора политических идей и практик, получивших название «трампизм». В статье автором ставится задача рассмотреть основные аспекты политики администрации Дональда Трампа, а также ее истоки и причины, по которым она сумела завоевать популярность американских избирателей. В своей предвыборной кампании будущий сорок пятый президент Соединенных Штатов Америки уделял большое внимание мерам протекционизма, разбалансировке американской внешней политики, воззванию к чувствам патриотизма среди граждан Соединенных Штатов Америки. Автор анализирует основные аспекты предвыборной кампании кандидата в президенты Соединенных Штатов Америки Дональда Трампа, а также ряда других американских президентов, относящихся к школе американского политического консерватизма. Отмечается, что «трампизм» имеет глубокие исторические корни в американской политической культуре. Автор прослеживает взаимосвязь между приходом к власти консервативных администраций и процессами коренного изменения в системе международных отношений и позиций, занимаемых в ней Соединенными Штатами. На основе анализа основных направлений внешней политики администрации Дональда Трампа, а также тенденций в изменении современной системы международных отношений определяется притягательность модели «трампизма» как для американских, так и для других политиков по всему миру.
The article is devoted to a topical issue of today for the American society, namely the question of the origin and development of political ideas and practices, called “trumpism”. In the article, the author aims to consider the main aspects of the policy of the administration of Donald Trump, as well as its origins and reasons why it managed to win the popularity of American voters. In his election campaign, the future forty-fifth President of the United States of America paid great attention to measures of protectionism, unbalancing American foreign policy, and appealing to the feelings of patriotism among the citizens of the United States of America.
The author analyzes the main aspects of the election campaign of the candidate for President of the United States of America Donald trump, as well as a number of other American presidents belonging to the school of American political conservatism. It is noted that “trumpism” has deep historical roots in the American political culture. The author traces the connection between the coming to power of conservative administrations and the processes of radical change in the system of international relations and the positions taken by the United States in it.
On the basis of the analysis of the main foreign policy trends of the administration of Donald Trump, as well as those aimed at modifying rethinking the modern system of international relations, the attractiveness of the “trumpism” model is determined for both American and other politicians around the world.
